Engineering bridges

Teams design, build, and load-test their own bridges, then watch them hold, bend, or break. The load above rolls across the span as you scroll and the deck flexes underneath it.

How booking works.

RequestSend the booking form with your school, grade, and preferred workshop. Any Vancouver-area elementary classroom is welcome.
ScheduleWe coordinate a date with you and your school. Workshops run during regular class blocks.
We arriveOur presenters bring the lesson plan and all the materials. You bring the students.
What does it cost?Nothing. Workshops are free for classrooms.
Who presents?Killarney Secondary students trained on the workshop, supervised and prepared by the chapter.
How long is it?One class block, start to finish, with setup and cleanup included.
Which grades?Built for grades 4–7; we adapt the depth to your class.
